Galvalume steel coil is carbon steel coated with an alloy that combines the impervious properties of aluminum with the malleability and galvanic protection of zinc. The alloy coating gives galvalume steel coil and sheets a smooth, plain finish. It's another corrosion-resistant option, but it differs from galvanized steel as it combines aluminum and zinc coatings. This unique combination provides superior protection against rust and oxidation. Galvalume steel coil is renowned for its excellent heat resistance and long lifespan, making it suitable for roofing, cladding, and other architectural applications.It has wide usage, like making pipes, cutting sheets, making small tools, making corrugated sheets, making container, making fences, glass curtain walls, aluminum curtain walls as columns and stress materials, or for outdoor telecommunicatins towers, highways, other open-air construction steel and etc.. For the surfaces, there is zero spangle, regular spangle. It can be produced as customers' requirements. According to different usage, there are many techniques to satisfy the demand. For example, oiled, chromated and skin passed are the normal requirements.

What is Anti-finger print?
The anti-fingerprint effect means that fingersprints on the surface cannot be seen at all by the naked eye, or only very slightly.Although the fingerprint is actually on the surface, it is essentially "invisible". Anti-fingerprint is a composite coating board obtained after anti-fingerprint treatment on the surface of galvalume steel. Fingerprint-resistant steel is the earliest material to pass the environmental protection certification. It is named "fingerprint-resistant" because the surface will not leave fingerprints when touched with clean fingers. The surfac of fingerprint-resistant steel is smooth and smooth with small tolerances. In the production process of home appliances, due to the requiremwnts of the process, many parts are touched by workers many times, and the sweat stains on the hands of the workers from pollution on the surface of the parts, which affects the appearance, so the research and development of anti-fingerprint.

1) Steps of package:
 

Step 1: The first layer of moisture-proof paper, overlap about 15 - 20cm at the contact.

Step 2: Plastic film fully wrapped.

Step 3: Outer ring 0.7mm, lining plate 0.3mm. Pure galvanized.

Step 4: Inner ring 0.8mm, 4*5 packing steel belt, gasket, packing belt clearance evenly distributed.

Step 5: Effect of side panel lining board.

Step 6: Finished, keep the whole volume clean, no handwriting, etc..
