It combines the strength and formability of steel with the corrosion resistance, solderability and aesthetic appearance of tin in a material with corrosion resistance, non-toxicity, high strength and good ductility.Tin-plate packaging has a wide range of coverage in the packaging industry because of its good sealing, preservation, light-proof, ruggedness and unique metal decoration charm. Because of its strong antioxidant, diverse styles and exquisite printing, tinplate packaging container is popular with customers, and widely used in food packaging, pharmaceutical packaging, commodity packaging, instrument packaging, industrial packaging and so on.

TYPE OF SUBSTRATES

MR	It contains few residual minor constituents and has good corrosion resistance. It is widely used for the application of containers. The most commonly used steel grades, with low steelmaking impurity residues and excellent mechanical properities.
L	It contains particularly few residual minor constituents as Cu, Ni, Cr, Mn. It is suitable for the materials of containers requiring improved corrosion resistance Used in the production of holding acidic contents, oranges, yellow peaches, pineapples, etc. Highly corrosion-resistant tinplate substrate steel for food cans with inner walls of plain iron, often called K-plate.
D	It is an aluminium killed steel. It is suitable for the applications, which bear deep drawing or other workings which may produce Luder's lines patterns. A highly processable tin-plated substrate steel used for the production of two-piece pull-tabs, often referred to as DI material.

Step 1: The first layer of moisture-proof paper, overlap about 15 - 20cm at the contact.

Step 2: Plastic film fully wrapped.

Step 3: Outer ring 0.7mm, lining plate 0.3mm. Pure galvanized.

Step 4: Inner ring 0.8mm, 4*5 packing steel belt, gasket, packing belt clearance evenly distributed.

Step 5: Effect of side panel lining board.

Step 6: Finished, keep the whole volume clean, no handwriting, etc.
