Product Description
Pre-painted galvanized steel coils is galvanized sheet and other substrates. It's featured with light, weight, good looking and Anti corrosion. The surface coated with a layer or several layers of organic coating has a pre-treatment (chemical degreasing and chemical conversion treatment), and then are being baked curing products. Due to coating with a variety of different colors of organic paint color steel coil plate named, so it's referred to as color coated coil or pre-painted galvanized steel coils. The color-coated steel strip using hot-dip galvanized steel strip as the base material is protected by the zinc layer, and the organic coating on the zinc layer plays a covering and protective role to prevent the steel strip from rusting, and the service life is longer than that of the galvanized strip, about 1.5 times. It is widely used for below applications: roofing, construction, appliances, household appliances,decoration,home electronic apparatus industry, construction,automotive, furniture industry, transportation and other industries due to its lower cost.

In order to assure the safety and to avoid rust problems, we factory use standard export seaworthy packng with waterproof paper winding, wooden cases or pallets, and PVC film via international express. Below are detailed process and pics for your reference:
1) Steps of package:
| Step 1: The first layer of moisture-proof paper, overlap about 15 - 20cm at the contact. |
| Step 2: Plastic film fully wrapped. |
| Step 3: Outer ring 0.7mm, lining plate 0.3mm. Pure galvanized. |
| Step 4: Inner ring 0.8mm, 4*5 packing steel belt, gasket, packing belt clearance evenly distributed. |
| Step 5: Effect of side panel lining board. |
| Step 6: Finished, keep the whole volume clean, no handwriting, etc.. |
